Manufacturing
One floor, the whole process.
A cold forging tool passes through eight stages. We hold all of them.
Tooling manufacturers commonly subcontract heat treatment, and often grinding as well. Every handover adds queue time and moves responsibility somewhere else. Keeping the full route in-house is the reason we can commit to a lead time and stand behind the result.

Raw material
Premium M2, M35, EN24 and carbide stock, cut to blank length on automatic and cut-off saws.

CNC / VMC machining
Profiles, faces, bores and located features cut under program control and proved on screen.

EDM / wire-cut
Internal cavities, hex bores and fine profiles produced in already-hardened material.

Vacuum heat treatment
Hardening in vacuum for hardness and wear resistance without scaling or distortion.

Grinding & finishing
Surface, cylindrical and ID grinding after treatment, to correct movement and reach final size.

Die fitting
Inserts set into cases and matched sets assembled and checked as they will run.

Inspection
Hardness verified, forms compared optically against the drawing, dimensions gauged.
