How it works
Send it. We will read it.
Upload a drawing, a photograph of a worn tool, or a specification. If you cannot share a drawing yet, describe the part and the machine and we will start from there.
- Send your requirementsTooling drawing with complete dimensions, the nut drawing or specification (a photo or sample helps), and the required material with HRC/hardness.
- Quotation & order confirmationWe quote after review. The order is confirmed on receipt of 70% advance payment.
- ManufacturingApproximately 20–25 days from order confirmation. TIN coating on punches, KO pins or dies adds 4–5 working days.
- Balance payment & dispatchThe remaining 30% is payable before dispatch. Standard payment period is up to 30 days.
- Quality & size responsibilityWe take responsibility for the nut size and dimensions produced by our tooling, and rectify any error in our manufacture.
