KO Pins
Knock-out pins ground for concentricity, so the part leaves the die cleanly every cycle.
A knock-out pin is a simple component that stops a line when it is wrong. If concentricity or length is off, parts hang in the die and the station jams.
We grind KO pins to length and diameter after heat treatment and check them against drawing before they are packed.
