The company
Three decades inside a cold forge tool room.
Established in 1995 by Mr. Binder Sharma, carrying more than thirty years of experience in cold forging tooling.
From an 1100 Gaj facility at Focal Point, Ludhiana, we manufacture the tooling that multi-station nut formers run on. Machining, EDM, vacuum heat treatment, grinding and inspection are all on one floor — which is what keeps both quality and lead time under our own control.
About the company
Raw material
Every tool begins
as a bar of steel.
Products
Eleven tooling lines,
all made in-house.
From 8B to 38B as standard — and larger or special tooling produced to your AutoCAD drawing or sample.

Cold forging dies
Carbide Dies
Tungsten-carbide dies for high-volume cold forming, where wear life decides the cost per part.

Heading Dies
Heading dies that form the head geometry on bolts, nuts and cold-forged fasteners.

Punches
Formed-nose punches in hex, spline and flat profiles — coated and uncoated.

Ejection tooling
KO Pins
Knock-out pins ground for concentricity, so the part leaves the die cleanly every cycle.

Forty-two machines.
One floor.
Cutting, turning, milling, EDM, grinding, heat treatment and inspection — nothing subcontracted, nothing queued at another supplier.
Quality
Precision is not inspected in.
It is built in.
Premium raw materials, vacuum heat treatment and dimensional checks taken as the tool is made rather than only at the end. Every tool is compared against its drawing before it is packed.
