Die Fitting Machines
Assembling cased dies and matching components into working sets.
A carbide insert has to be set into its case correctly, and a matched set has to close properly. Die fitting is where individual finished components become a working assembly.
Sets are checked as assemblies here, not only as separate parts, because that is how they will run.
Manufacturing purpose
Fitting inserts into cases and assembling matched tooling sets.

Capabilities
- Insert fitting into steel cases
- Assembly of matched sets
- Check of fit and closure as assembled
- Correction before dispatch
Why this matters
Components can each be correct and still not work together. Fitting is where that is caught, before the customer finds it.
