Segments
Forming segments that hold tolerance under repeated high-load cycles.
Segments carry forming load in the station and must keep their form and fit under repetition. We machine them from EN24 and tool steel, then grind the mating faces so the set closes correctly.
Where a customer supplies a worn segment as a sample, we can produce a replacement to match the existing set rather than requiring a full drawing.
