CNC Machining Centre
Digitally controlled machining of die, punch and holder profiles.
Our CNC machining centres carry the bulk of profile work. Programs are proved on screen before the first cut, and tool offsets are set against the job rather than carried over, so the first piece is inspected as a first-off rather than assumed.
These machines establish the geometry that every later operation refers back to. If the profile is wrong here, grinding cannot recover it.
Manufacturing purpose
Cutting die, punch and holder profiles from solid, to the geometry given on the drawing.

Capabilities
- Programmable multi-axis cutting
- On-screen tool-path verification
- Tool offset and work-coordinate calibration per job
- First-off inspection before batch release
Why this matters
Machining accuracy at this stage sets the achievable accuracy of the finished tool. Everything downstream refines it — nothing downstream rescues it.
