Tooling sets configured for hex nut production across the standard size range.
Hex nut work is the volume duty for most of our customers. The tooling has to hold the across-flats dimension and the bore relationship through long runs.
We build hex sets from the same die, punch and pin lines described elsewhere, configured and matched for the hex form and the machine it runs on.
