Custom Cold-Forge Tooling
Bespoke tooling engineered around your part, your machine and your production volume.
Custom work is a large share of what we do. The starting point is usually an AutoCAD drawing, but a sample part or a worn tool is often enough to begin.
Because machining, EDM, heat treatment, grinding and inspection are all on one floor, a custom tool does not move between suppliers — which is what keeps lead times predictable on non-standard work.
Features
- Engineered around the part and the machine
- Carbide inserts where wear demands it
- Complete in-house manufacturing route
- Drawing archived for repeat supply
Applications
- Parts outside the standard size range
